About the event
We always say we’ll take the time to sit down, reflect on our lives, and reconnect with ourselves, but so often, it doesn’t happen. This gathering is a space created for exactly that.
Each month we’ll come together to:
Drop into stillness with a guided meditation
Independently reflect on where you are, what you’re doing, and where you’re going by journalling.
(Optional) share insights in a supportive community
