April Full Moon Energy Update

The full moon is shining a direct, unfiltered light on the parts of ourselves we thought we’d already healed: the “I’m not good enough,” “I’m too much,” “I’m not enough” narratives. You may feel like you're back in an old emotional loop, even if you've done the work and know better by now.
But here’s the thing: this moon doesn’t want you to analyze it or intellectually understand. It wants you to feel it.
This is not about intellectual insight. It’s not about fixing. It’s about embodiment. About allowing the old frequencies to surface in your body, your emotions, your awareness so they can finally move, clear, and integrate.
Even if these stories aren’t true for you anymore, the energy of this full moon is asking you to temporarily identify with them again, not to stay stuck in them, but so you can experience them one final time from a place of truth and clarity.
Why though?
I see this clear image: someone turning around and looking back at a former self. There's no judgment. No urgency to move on. Just a deep presence. A moment of recognition: That was me. And I understand why.
You’re not meant to discard that old version of you. You’re meant to fold them into your heart. To feel what they felt. To offer them the compassion you have access to now. To let the shadow be seen, and welcomed.
Because your transformation is real. But it’s not about becoming someone new and leaving the rest behind.
It’s about becoming more of yourself , by integrating what was once hidden, exiled, or misunderstood.
So if you’re emotional today, if old thoughts or feelings are louder than usual, let them rise. Let them move. And stay rooted in the awareness that this is not you falling backward, this is you deepening into your truth.
Let this be a day of true integration. Of becoming more you than ever.
Oracle Insight: Disruption & Shadow
To confirm this energy, two cards came forward from the Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck by John Holland: Disruption and Shadow.

The disruption card is reminding you to not quickly jump into the new version of yourself without acknowleddging or integrating the old version. Don't dismiss your shadow. Today is a sacred confrontation with the parts of ourselves we usually avoid, bypass, or try to spiritually outgrow.

The shadow card is saying: don't deny your past. Your healing isn’t about cutting away parts of yourself, it’s about embracing them. The parts that were once hidden are now ready to be seen, held, and woven into your wholeness. Interestingly, this is exactly what I saw in the image of someone turning around and looking back at their former self.
Be gentle with yourself today and remember, you are not alone. I'm going through this as well and we all are going through it collectively. If you want personal guidance or support don't hesitate to contact me or book a reading.
With love and presence,
Ana
