Welcome to this week’s Connected Creator’s Capsule. This isn't just a basic energy update, where we glance into the future, but a place where you can gain a higher awareness that will empower you to CREATE your future in a way that resonates deeply.
First of all, why be a connected creator?
Being a connected creator means manifesting experiences, people, opportunities, and a life that resonates with your highest self, creating deep enjoyment.
Many, including myself in the past, may appear to have it all, but inside, they don’t feel like they resonate with the life they are living. It's not about ticking boxes like having a fancy car or relationship but about aligning with your higher self and creating a life that resonates deeply.
I was stuck trying to manifest specific people or very specific circumstances that were actually not aligned with me at all. I just didn’t have the higher perspective that my higher self had to see that. I suffered like a spoiled child demanding, "But I want that!"
Manifesting is about connecting and creating from this place of alignment. You can read this other blog I wrote to dive deeper into the lessons I learned.

Your mission this week is more self-love through connection.
Why do I talk so much about self-love? Well, to be honest, I don’t choose the topic. It just comes up in my readings when I connect clairvoyantly, so it must be important.
I did ask my spirit guides why it comes up so often. The answer was that Self-love raises your frequency and helps you be a connected creator. It helps you go beyond the ego, connect to your higher self, love yourself, and trust yourself enough to act on the impulses you receive from this place of connection. It really is the key that unlocks the connected creator inside of you.

To Explore What Connection Feels Like in Your Body.
This week is about making "connection" more palpable. How do you experience connection in your body? Furthermore, how do you experience the world outside through the body when you are connected?
Our experience of the physical world happens through this body that we inhabit for a temporary time.
The separation that you experience in this physical world comes from learning the boundaries of your "self" as a baby. Through stumbling and exploring, you learn where the boundaries of your "self," the body, are.
The body becomes a centre point from which we experience the world and ourselves.
Since we experience everything through and inside the body, this topic should be of much greater importance.
Spiritual traditions tainted by religious interpretations of what is right and wrong have created a lot of shame and guilt around the subject of the body. So, we hold in the collective unconscious that the body, our central point from which we experience life on Earth, is somehow unholy. This is why it's important to explore the subject of how we experience connection, spiritual connection, inside and through the body.
By letting go of outdated programs of shame around the subject of the body and by gaining a new understanding of connection and spirituality in the body, we can access more self-love and create more harmony and peace. Finally, this benefits the world at large because how we treat our body is how we treat the larger body of Planet Earth.
The World Outside Through The Body
What does being connected mean on the level of the body and senses?
Did you ever meditate for a longer period of time and then go outside and experience the world after?
The higher degree of presence and connection makes everything so much more real and tangible.
Things that you wouldn’t normally be aware of like the grass vibrating, you become aware of.
I’ve heard people describe these kinds of experiences when they alter their consciousness using certain plant medicines or other substances. I’ve had these experiences from meditation or other practices that connected me deeper to my spirit.
Have you had a cup of tea or coffee after meditating? The flavours are so much more enhanced.
In the same way, you know how we always think of our childhood with this sense of nostalgia because everything was so fun and exciting, and even the food tasted better? Well actually the food was the same, but you were much more present and so everything was enhanced. The tomato tasted more like a tomato, all because of your degree of presence.
This is how it should be all the time, but we have numbed our senses and are always looking for more stimulation. What if we took a step back, connected, and then experienced the world with a new consciousness?
The World Inside Through The Body
Becoming aware of how you feel in your body when you are connected makes something that may be abstract more palpable. It will also make it clearer when you are connected and when you are not.
How do you feel in your body when you are connected and allowing?
Personally, I feel:
-Flowy
-Free
-Physically strong
-I have more stamina
-I have more of a capacity in my nervous system to feel excitement
-Higher ability to take action, less procrastination
-I experience the world through my senses in a much more enhanced way. Food tastes better.
-I enjoy even the seemingly unimportant moments
-An espresso shot becomes a much more enhanced experience
-More alive
This isn't to say that when we feel uncomfortable, we are not as connected. Sometimes, feeling uncomfortable in the body can also signify that you are connecting to a frequency that you are not used to. For example, after my first Reiki attunements, my body was very exhausted, and I had a headache for three days. It's not all about feeling good all the time. It's important to gain this awareness of what you are accessing through a deeper awareness of your body.
The level of enjoyment in this physical reality is related to your degree of presence and connection.
Contrary to popular belief, this connection actually enhances the physical experience. I’ve had so many people tell me oh, but why do you do all these things? Just enjoy life more. But that’s exactly what this is about.
This week, you are going to be pulled to experience a higher degree of self-love. It will make you see yourself differently, and others will see you in a new light.

Pro tip:
Self-love and Connection are actually one and the same, just expressed differently. Self-love arises when you connect and direct your attention inward, essentially seeing yourself through the eyes of the Supreme Being. Connection, on the other hand, involves being aware both within and beyond yourself, aware of the interconnectedness of everything.
When you see yourself through the eyes of the supreme being, your energy changes significantly and the way others see you, changes too.
You will start to attract different social experiences as a result.
