The secret is to tune in to the rhythm of the moment. You do this by opening your heart energy centre. When you open your heart's energy centre, you let the universe shower you with its love and abundance by being with it in the now. By tapping into the moment, you become one with the divine/God/The Universe. Every moment becomes like a dance with the Universe. This sounds much more enjoyable than even finally achieving that end goal. When the end goal is reached, it won't even feel that satisfying because the journey felt that way to you all along.
